Team Integration

The Coordinator of Brand Marketing will work closely with the social and influencer team, helping to grow brand awareness and engagement through innovative campaigns, influencer relationships, product gifting, and events. Reporting to the Social and Partnerships Lead, the position is remote although the ideal candidate will be based in the Los Angeles area to attend content shoots and events as needed.

Role Description

The 7 Virtues, an award-winning, mission-driven fragrance brand is looking for a professional who can help develop and execute strategies that elevate our brand expression and desirability.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Support Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and messaging across all platforms. 

  • Content Generation & Trends Stay on top of consumer trends, competitor activity and market changes to capitalize on opportunities to optimize content in real-time. 

  • Community Outreach & Building Aggressively source creators and cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships with The 7 Virtues community, fostering positive partnerships and clear communication. 

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Product Seeding

  • Partner with Social and Partnerships Lead on product gifting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for influencer partnerships and campaigns. Work closely with operations and planning teams to ensure seamless execution of product shipments. 

Influencer Engagement & Outreach

  • Identify and research influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with The 7 Virtues' brand ethos. 

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for influencers, addressing questions, coordinating product gifting, and maintaining ongoing engagement. 

  • Keep community contact lists organized and up-to-date to ensure efficient management. 

  • Assist with outreach and communication to potential influencers, ensuring professionalism and timely follow-ups. 

  • Develop and manage tailored influencer and stylist lists for events, campaigns, and product mailings to optimize engagement and reach. 

  • Represent The 7 Virtues with professionalism in all influencer-facing interactions. 

  • Utilize CRM tools to streamline influencer discovery and improve campaign efficiencies. 

Event Support 

  • Support the planning and execution of influencer events, including managing RSVPs, coordinating vendors, sourcing props and decor, and ensuring all details align with the brand's vision. 

Organic Content Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze engagement metrics, audience demographics, and content alignment to aid in the influencer selection process on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

  • Track and organize influencer mentions of The 7 Virtues using software like Tribe Dynamics to ensure accurate campaign monitoring. 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 

  • Experience working in founder-led brands.

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, ideally in the beauty or lifestyle industries. 

  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and influencer metrics such as EMV and SOV. 

  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. 

  • Highly organized, with a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects. 

  • Passion for the beauty and wellness industries, with a strong grasp of the digital marketing landscape. 

  • Adaptable to fast-paced, ever-changing environments and committed to delivering excellence – “can do” attitude is essential.

  • Experience with tools like Dash Hudson, Tribe Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms is a plus. 

  • Basic editing skills (video) are a plus and highly valued for content creation support. 

Salary Range

  • $60,000 to $70,000 USD
