Q Do your perfumes expire?
A While perfumes do not necessarily expire, there is a recommended shelf life upon being opened. The recommended period after opening your bottle is 30 months. It is important to note that where and how your perfume is stored can affect its aging process as well. We suggest keeping your perfume out of direct sunlight to aid in its longevity. Avoid storing your perfume in the bathroom.
Q Where can I buy your perfume?
A We are available exclusively at Sephora. We are available in Sephora stores and online across Canada, USA, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
Q Can I return/exchange my order?
A Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.
Q I am looking for a specific perfume, but I cannot find it.
A We have discontinued some of our older scents. We are sad to see them go, but excited to continue expanding into new scent categories. The list of discontinued scents includes Jasmine Neroli, Vetiver Elemi, Patchouli Citrus, Grapefruit Lime, Orange Blossom, Rose Amber, and most recently, Blackberry Lily.
Q Is the Travel Size a rollerball or a spray?
A We have recently transitioned into a travel spray from our previous rollerball format. We have discontinued our rollerballs, as well as our Gemstone Perfume Oils. Though these have been discontinued, we have limited inventory on our website that we will continue to sell while supplies last.
