Team Integration

The Influencer & Creator Marketing Lead will join the social and influencer team, collaborating closely with the Marketing and Creative teams. Reporting to the Social and Influencer Senior Lead, the position is remote although the ideal candidate will be based in the Los Angeles area to attend content shoots and events as needed.

Role Description 

Are you a creative, detail-driven team player who has a passion for influencer marketing, scaling brand awareness in a fast-growing category and loves to delight our community through influencer relationships, product gifting, events and other engagement levers. The 7 Virtues, an award-winning, mission-driven fragrance brand is looking for a professional who can help develop and execute strategies that elevate our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive awareness, consideration and conversion.

The Influencer & Creator Marketing Lead will spearhead the creation and execution of a comprehensive influencer and creator marketing strategy across all digital platforms. This individual will develop the playbook for influencer and creator management, and strategically develop an influencer marketing framework that dramatically enhances brand reach, build strong relationships and super fans, driving Earned Media Value (EMV) to a Top 5 position in prestige fragrance category.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership Develop, own, and implement an influencer and creator marketing strategy across all digital platforms.

  • Campaign Execution Lead the creation and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, leveraging original content, user-generated content (UGC) working with social, public relations (PR), retail channels and paid media to support new product launches, core products, collaborations, and partnerships. 

  • Influencer Relations Bring an established network of influencers and creators to drive long-term, meaningful success for The 7 Virtues. Cultivate new influencer relationships and foster collaborations with key beauty, lifestyle and entertainment influencers and creators, developing compelling partnership ideas that boost brand reach and EMV.

  • Content Integration Oversee the integration, approval, and deployment of digital content that tells compelling brand stories working with social team across all social media platforms, that aligns with strategic vision, and meets engagement, user acquisition, and growth targets.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Strategic Leadership 

  • Develop, own, and implement an influencer and creator marketing strategy across all digital platforms to optimize engagement, build strong relationships and super fans, reach, EMV, new user acquisition, and brand growth.

Resources Management

  • Directly oversee and manage all aspects of the influencer and creator marketing resources/talent/freelancers/agencies, including influencer relations, collaborations, partnerships, helping build resources/network that will support North America and international markets.

Campaign Execution

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns; Work closely with internal teams such as PR, eCommerce and all sales channels to ensure a cohesive approach.

Influencer Relations

  • Bring an established network of influencers and creators to drive long-term, meaningful success for The 7 Virtues. Cultivate new influencer relationships and foster collaborations with key beauty, lifestyle and entertainment influencers and creators, developing compelling partnership ideas that boost brand reach and EMV.

Content Integration

  • Oversee the integration, approval, and deployment of digital content that tells compelling brand stories working with social team across all social media platforms, that aligns with strategic vision, and meets engagement, user acquisition, and growth targets.

Target Setting & Reporting

  • Set revenue and performance targets into affiliate program, EMV, and growth targets for campaigns and launches. Monitor and report on these metrics, adjusting marketing and spending plans as needed to achieve targets. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on integrated marketing results.

Budget Management

  • Manage and achieve budget targets influencer/creator relations. Regularly report on budget performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet annual goals.

Organic Content Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze engagement metrics, audience demographics, and content alignment to aid in the influencer selection process on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

  • Track and organize influencer mentions of The 7 Virtues using software like Tribe Dynamics to ensure accurate campaign monitoring.

What You Bring

  • BA or BS required.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with digitally native, social-first brands, with a deep understanding of influencer/creator relations and social media marketing across platforms such as Instagram, Stories, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube.

  • Demonstrated experience in scaling social platforms and driving influencer collaborations to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Ability to set and implement strategies across multiple platforms.

  • Strong ability to develop, implement, and measure integrated marketing campaigns, coupled with a discerning eye for brand storytelling through visual content. Capable of learning and applying the brand voice effectively.

  • A keen interest in identifying emerging social channels and staying ahead of the next generation of social and influencer marketing trends.

  • Highly entrepreneurial and self-directed, with a proven track record of rapidly growing brands. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive results.

  • Genuine passion for the beauty industry, with an up-to-date knowledge of trends and beauty vloggers. Must be among the first to know about new beauty launches.

  • Experience working in founder-led brands.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. 

  • Highly organized, with a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects. 

  • Adaptable to fast-paced, ever-changing environments and committed to delivering excellence – “can do” attitude is essential.

  • Experience with tools like Dash Hudson, Tribe Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms is a plus. 

  • Basic editing skills (video) are a plus and highly valued for content creation support. 

Salary Range

  • $75,000 to $85,000 USD
