SHIPPING

We proudly offer shipping to Canada and the U.S.A. with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on orders over $79 (excluding discounts/promotions and tax). For all other orders, a shipping rate will be applied at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please note that your parcel will be shipped within 5-7 business days. If the carrier is unable to deliver your package because nobody is home, kindly reach out to the carrier with the tracking number provided to you at the time of your order. If no action is taken and the carrier returns your order, we will reimburse you for the products, excluding the shipping charge.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

CANCELLATIONS

To prioritize the timely delivery of your package, we are currently unable to accommodate order cancellations.

RETURNS

Our Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened & unused, or gently used perfumes within 30 days of delivery—just enough for a few test sprays. All items must be returned with their original packaging. Discovery sets, samples, limited edition and sale items are final sale.

Click here to begin the returns process and print your own prepaid label to use at eligible FedEx or Canada Post locations. Please be sure to pair the item with the correct package and label. Items sent to us by mistake, with the wrong label, or that do not meet our return criteria won’t be returned to you or refunded.

All returns will be inspected by our warehouse team upon receipt. Items returned with substantial damage or without original packaging will not be refunded. Returns are processed in 8-12 business days and refunds can be expected 3-7 business days after processing.
